Cariari Bed & Breakfast--Banana Bread

BANANA BREAD


TWO LOAFS


4 EGGS

3 CUPS OF FLOUR

3 CUPS OF SUGAR
(2 brown & 1 wh.)
1 T. VANILLA

1 t. SALT

1 T.. BAKING SODA

1 CUP OF BUTTER(softened)

1 CUP OF BUTTER MILK

1 CUP OF RIPE BANANAS

1 CUP OF CHOPPED PECANS


BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HR.
CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT IS DRY INSIDE

pre heat oven to 350
add baking soda to buttermilk & set asaide
cream butter & sugar
add eggs flour & salt mix well
add bananas & nuts
pour into loaf pans & bake 1 Hr.
check to make sure it is cooked in the center!!
