Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast Description:
A touch of class at this bed and breakfast in the heart of the historic district of Eureka Springs Arkansas. Built during the 1890's, these two restored Victorian homes, as well as the two early 1900 cottages, are nestled on a wooded lot. Together they offer charming Bed and Breakfast accommodations on the Eureka Springs Historic Loop. The comfortable ambiance and privacy of the Inn is ideal for an intimate wedding, romantic honeymoon, anniversary celebration to rekindle your romance, or a getaway just to relax, rejuvenate and renew. Parking is easy, ample and off-street. It's a six-minute walk down to the shops and galleries or the trolley will stop for you in front of 5 Ojo Inn. Your full breakfast is a three-course, elegant candlelight breakfast which is served in the dining room at 9 AM. The menu changes each morning. Let us accommodate your dietary restrictions. Each of the 10 guest rooms and suites is decorated differently. All of the rooms have: Queen Size Bed, Jacuzzi Tub/Shower for Two, Refrigerator, Heat/Air Conditioning, Period Antique Furnishings and Memorabilia, Some Fireplaces, Private Porches and Private Entrances, Complimentary Treats and Beverages, Private Bath, Coffee Maker, and Color Cable TV. Member of The Professional Association of Innkeepers International, Bed & Breakfast Association of Arkansas, Alliance of Bed & Breakfasts of Eureka Springs, and Greater Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

Deposit: A one night room deposit will be charged to your credit card account at the time of the reservation. If you wish to pay by check or money order, we must receive a deposit of the first night, plus tax, within five days of the reservation.
Payment: Payment can be made by Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, personal check with I.D., Travelers Check or cash
Rates: Are based on double occupancy - $25 for each additional person. Two night minimum usually required on weekends with a three night minimum stay required on some holidays and special events. Ask about Sunday - Thursday Discounts. (Prices may change without notice).
Check-In Time: Anytime after 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
If a cancellation notice is received 10 days or less prior to the arrival date, a full charge will be made. If the vacancy is filled, a full refund will be made less a $25 processing fee. No refunds on early departures.
Additional Information: To keep our rooms inviting for all of our guests, smoking is allowed outside only.
