Reservations and Deposit
Reservation is guaranteed with a credit card and a deposit for 1/2 amount due for two or more night bookings, whole amount for single night bookings. The deposit is taken at the time the reservation is made. A non-refundable $20 booking fee is required.
Payment accepted (besides cash): MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Discover. We do not accept checks.
NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date for a refund. If cancellation is made less than 14 days before your reservation date you will forfeit the full amount of your reservation unless your room(s) can be re-rented for the entire reservation. If the vacancy is filled, you will receive a refund less a 20$ booking fee. (In other words, unless we can rebook the nights you have cancelled, you will be responsible for paying for them in full. We do our best to fill the rooms in your stead.) If cancellation is made 14 days or more before your reservation date you will be refunded less a $20.00 processing fee. No shows and early departures will be charged in full. (In other words, if you leave before the date scheduled for departure or if you do not show for your reservation on the date scheduled for arrival, you will be charged in full). Weather Cancellation Policy - If you must cancel your reservations due to weather conditions, you have the choice of rebooking at that time or taking your deposit (one night of a multi-night stay or the whole price of a single night stay) as a gift certificate, good for one year from the date issued. Check in time is 2pm, unless prior arrangements are made. We prefer to greet you in person upon your arrival, and we ask that if you are not going to be arriving quite when you thought you might, please call and let us know. In rare cases, we will leave a welcome note on the front door with instructions on how to get into your room.
