5 Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast Description:
The inn is in the heart of the historic district of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The comfortable ambiance and privacy of the Inn is ideal for an intimate wedding, romantic honeymoon, anniversary celebration, or a getaway just to relax and rejuvenate. Parking is easy, ample and off-street. It's only a six-minute walk down to the shops and galleries. The trolley stop is right in front of 5 Ojo Inn B&B.
Each morning a gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room. The menu changes each morning and with advance notice we can accommodate most dietary restrictions.
Each room has a refrigerator with free sodas and water. A basket of complimentary snacks is also provided in your room. Each room has free WI-FI, flat screen cable TV, Keurig coffee makers, Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities and luxury linens.

Each of the 9 guest rooms and suites is decorated differently. All of the rooms have either a king or queen size bed; Jacuzzi Tub/Shower, Refrigerator, Heat/Air Conditioning, Some Fireplaces, Private Porches and Private Entrances, Complimentary Treats and Beverages, Private Bath, Keurig Coffee Maker, and Flat Screen Cable TV. 5 Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

Deposit: A one night room deposit will be charged to your credit card account at the time of the reservation. If you wish to pay by check or money order, we must receive a deposit of the first night, plus tax, within five days of the reservation.
Payment: Payment can be made by Visa, MC, Discover, personal check with I.D., Travelers Check or cash
Rates: Are based on double occupancy. Two night minimum usually required on weekends with a three night minimum stay required on some holidays and special events. Ask about Sunday - Thursday Discounts. (Prices may change without notice).
Check-In Time: Anytime after 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
If a cancellation notice is received 10 days or less prior to the arrival date, a full charge will be made. If the vacancy is filled, a full refund will be made less a $25 processing fee. No refunds on early departures.
Additional Information: To keep our rooms inviting for all of our guests, smoking is only allowed outside.
We have two pet friendly rooms, the Devonshire Suite and the Carriage House. We can accommodate one dog, no more than 50 pounds. There is a $20 per day per fee.
