Rent a mountain bike right from the house and explore the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail and over 100 miles of other trails in the Anchorage Bowl, find yourself a moose or two. Walk or bike the Coastal Trail to downtown, Westchester Lagoon, Earthquake Park, Kincaid Park. Take in great views of Denali and Foraker, Mt.Susitna, & Cook Inlet. Walk up the street to great outdoor gear shops (Alaska Mountaineering & Hiking, REI), and Carrs Grocery in 15 minutes. Pack and safely store all your gear, kayaks, rafts, bikes, and food here at the Guest House. Walk 5 minutes up the street to West High School and catch a bus #3, #4, #36, or #60 to get across town, or bus #7 to the International Airport. Check out the Anchorage night life scene by walking to Humpys, Bernie's Bungalow, Glacier Brew House, F Street Station, Chilkoot Charlies, Bear Tooth Theatre Pub, Organic Oasis. Reservations: Can be made by email, phone or fax and require valid credit card (visa, mastercard, american express) and 50% deposit (cash or check). Full payment due at check-in.

Cancellation Policy: minimum one week notice required (prior to scheduled arrival time) to avoid losing your 50% deposit. If we can fill your bed space with other paying customers for the nights of a cancelled reservation, we will not charge for those nights.

Groups: For groups of five persons and larger, a full deposit is required to hold the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival.
