MY Victorian Bed and Breakfast Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

Deposits are required as follows:
3 nights or less - Full payment including tax.
4 nights or more - 1/2 the total amount due. - Balance due 14 days prior to check-in.
For the health and safety of our guests smoking is reserved for outdoor areas only.
Please discuss with us the possibility of discounts for extended occupancy.
Pets Welcome with prior approval.
We cannot accommodate children under 12.
Visa & MasterCard accepted.
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation /Refund Policy:
Refund of deposit will be made for full or partial cancellation occurring at least 14 days prior to the beginning of your reservation or with shorter notice if your room is rebooked. A $50.00 cancellation/refund fee will be retained. When making advance guaranteed reservation, whether by check or credit card, please remember you are making a commitment to us and we are making one to you.
